Always great food, great flavour, and stellar prices. Highly suggest going. I really like their garlic sauce for the chicken shawarma plate 😍

I visited this restaurant for the first time today after a recommendation from a co-worker, and it exceeded all expectations. My family and I ordered the family platter (an incredible Saturday deal), and the food was amazing, best shawarma I’ve ever had. I had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, who was incredibly kind and welcoming, and even gave us complimentary falafels for my family to try. We’ll absolutely be back, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to others.

From the first day I walked in and heard Fayrouz playing, I knew I found my place. The family that owns and runs this little gem of a place are absolutely lovely. They're very friendly and every customer is like family. Always smiling, always customer focused. Their food reminds me of home. I live to eat their Manaeesh and shawarmas. You can find me there almost every day around the same time for lunch. Money definitely well spent. Please go eat there and support this delicious and friendly restaurant so that we can continue to enjoy for a long time to come.

I got the cheese manakeesh and it was absolutely delightful and reminded me of back home. The cheese was the perfect blend of salty and savory and melted onto the flatbread. I will for sure be coming back over and over again

I had a great experience at Zay Zaman Restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Their shawarma is delicious—tender, well-seasoned, and perfectly cooked on the rotisserie. The menu has great options at good prices, and everything tasted homemade and authentic. The staff was friendly, fast, and very welcoming. The place is clean and well-organized, and you can see the food being prepared right in front of you, which I really liked. Definitely a spot I will come back to. Highly recommended!
