I eat at Wimpy's Homer Watson daily. The food is great, and is always hot and tasty. But what really sets it apart is the wonderful staff. I've even had the pleasure of meeting some of the kitchen team and they are all wonderful and friendly. Service is fast and friendly, I feel like I am seeing friends on a daily basis.

We thought we would pass on the en route and stop at Wimpys in Kitchener for a sit down lunch. We’re sitting for 10 minutes before we were even given a menu 15mins before we even got our pop.We waited a half an hour for our food my chicken sandwich was overcooked, but not bad, my fries were also overcooked. My husband had the beef and cheese dip sandwich. The beef was so rubbery and tasteless. He tried to put salt on it, but still did not change the taste enough to eat it. I heard the waitress ask the people across from me if they wanted vinegar, but they never asked me and I definitely did want vinegar. Very, very disappointing on the food quality. My husband was looking around after half an hour of waiting for our food and that’s when the waitress stopped in and said it’s being plated otherwise, we were thinking about getting up and leaving. The restaurant only had a couple of customers there was no apparent reason for the delay. The ketchup bottle was disgusting, the back of the bottle the label was worn off from being refilled./ Our pop glasses we’re so scratched and dirty looking. It was disgustingly gross. I understand it’s difficult for small businesses to make money these days, but these are really easy things to clean up.Last but not least we were not given utensils I had to ask for them when our food arrived! Definitely would not recommend this Wimpys. We have a wimpy in London ont and I’ve never had terrible service or food I find it hard to believe it’s the same franchise.Should of stopped at the enroute .

Oh my goodness ! I got the double famous burger and poutine! Everything was delicious! Next time I get back here I will definitely go again . I did a pick up order and the staff were friendly, and I had brought my trucker dog Buford with me as he needed the walk . No problem bringing him in for pick up . Thanks again wimpys !

Very delicious chicken and waffles Benedict. So filling and tasty. Our first visit and definitely not our last.
