It says it closes at 2am but the dining room closes at 8pm. It’s mis leading online and should be fixed. Workers are too clueless to just make a burger regardless if the person didn’t know before walking over.

The person handling the food has perfume on their hands and contaminated the bag and the spoon with strong perfume. First, perfume is not food safe, it makes the food taste disgusting. Second, it is clear this person is not washing their hands so God knows what else is contaminated on the bag. Wendys, if you are going to let employees wear perfume and not wash their hands then I will not be coming back. If the very simple food safety rules are not being followed then I wonder what else is going on.

It was okay. My wife enjoyed her Spicy chicken club meal. I was sad to see that they didn't have a grilled chicken sandwich any more, so I got the grilled chicken duo wraps and for me I feel like the chicken quality has gone drastically downhill, well for the grilled chicken anyways it tasted like the cheap $10 frozen crap that you can get at food basics. Completely different than my wife's chicken which you could tell was nice white meat. But even that she said it was half the size of one of wendys competitors and not as good, and basically the same price. But it's Wendys so we'll be back. I guess we'll just stick to the burgers.

Wendy's has always been our go to restaurant...we go here a few times a week. A loyal customer for 30+ yrs. We always get our drinks with lots of ice...recently in the last few months we've asked for 1 extra cup of ice on the side. It's never been a problem...they've even offered to give it to us without us asking. Today we asked for one & it became a problem & was told we'd have to pay for one. We have no problem with that...but they need to decide which days are free & which days we have to pay. Really disappointed & how we're treated based on the employees status...seems like the employees with seniority...that have been there for yrs have lost concept with how to treat loyal customers.

It breaks my heart to write this review but aiv3 had enough. The service at this location is terrible. I came in tonight and ordered my regular, they had added and charged me for an extra small fry for some reason. Then when I went to go find a place to sit, the first 6 tables I looked at were filthy. Only 1 family was in the restaurant besides myself. There were about 6 workers at the cash till standing around gossiping about God knows what. I find it harder and harder to convince myself to spend money at Wendy's Timmins which is what breaks my heart because it's been a favorite of mine for over 20 years. I didn't even mention the fact that when I now ask for mustard on my burger, they absolutely refuse to put it on and just throw 15 mustard packets in my takeout bag. Sincerely, From the heart of a shattered soul. Hopefully someone important sees this and can help restore it to its former glory. Cheers
