If you want beer, this is your place! They offer so many beer options and most of them are really great. The place is a bit loud though, but it’s worth the vibe.

For those who appreciate good beers, wines, and drinks, Town Crier is a great option for happy hour, celebrations, get-togethers, having a drink alone, or meeting friends. The pub's structure is great, with an outdoor area for spring and summer days, and two indoor areas. For customers with disabilities or reduced mobility, the pub has stairs at the entrance and stairs to the first floor, where the restrooms are located. The drinks menu has a lot of variety, in addition to a great food menu. The service from everyone is very good, respectful, friendly, and pleasant. For those going by public transport, the pub is parallel to Adelaide Street, with easy access to buses and streetcars, and for those going by car, there are private parking lots in the area, and paid parking lots on the street. It's worth a visit.

The best pub I’ve been to downtown. Great atmosphere and quick service. I really enjoyed the beer selection and was surprised they even had my favourite beer (Liefmans). The fried calamari was 11/10. Great sauce and it tasted great. Pork Knuckle was also made perfectly and was really delicious. The apple crumble at the end was fantastic! Cant wait for my next visit.

*Ambiance:* 10/10 *Food:* I ordered the pork knuckle — absolutely delicious! I recommend asking for the gravy on the side. Also, don’t miss the Red Delirium beer — it's fruity, refreshing, and pairs perfectly with the meal. *Service:* 10/10 — Our server, Deborah, was wonderful. Friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better.

My friends and I dropped by the Crown Crier Pub for a casual night out, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience — all thanks to Deborah, our waitress. From the moment we sat down, Deborah made us feel like regulars. She has that perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism that makes a place instantly feel welcoming. She helped the three of us choose the perfect beers for our tastes — her recommendations were spot-on and honestly made the night. What stood out even more was her patience and kindness. One of my friends had a lot of questions about the food and drinks, and Deborah answered every single one with a genuine smile. She never once made us feel rushed, and somehow managed to make the whole experience fun and effortless. It’s rare to find service this good anywhere, and Deborah absolutely deserves recognition — or honestly, a promotion. She’s the kind of person who turns a great pub into a place people keep coming back to. We’ll definitely be returning soon, and we’ll be asking for Deborah by name. 🍻
