The tacos were so fresh and tasty and the fish and chips were amazing. Cooked to order and fantastic, quick service. A local staple on lock street!

A great meal at the shuck truck! We had the haddock sandwich and the current special - poached shrimp spicy noodles. Both were delicious and the music out back on the patio was fun!

My third visit in 2 weeks here. Quite simply the best place to have extraordinary tasty fish/shellfish for any meal of just a snack. My favourite place to eat in Hamilton and one of the biggest things I’ll miss when I go home. I’ve had the popcorn shrimp, the shrimp taco and the bahn mi, all of which were just outstanding. The chef-patron is a fabulous guy who clearly loves his work, is super welcoming and provides great service. Also, great atmosphere for a place where you sit on a wooden picnic bench and table, with an excellently curated reggae playlist adding to make the overall vibe relaxed but groovy. Bring yourself, bring your family, bring your date. If you’re in Hamilton or around, take a trip to the shuck truck! Whilst it’s a great fit for the boho Locke street, why stop there. Every street should have a shuck truck! Move over Tim Hortons!

The Shuck Truck is a great little outdoor spot, with absolutely delicious seafood. I got the Po’Boy Haddock Sandwich, a shrimp taco, and 3 oysters for only $25. The oysters were absolutely delicious, but honestly everything was. The fish and shrimp were so flavorful and weren’t overpowered by the toppings. You can guarantee I will be back. Also, the owner was so friendly, you can tell he’s passionate about his business and his customers! Phenomenal experience. There is also some great outdoor seating behind the truck which makes it super cozy.

Been meaning to check out The Shuck Truck for awhile now and I'm grateful I finally did! Such a friendly chef/owner working there on Sunday. Tried the haddock taco, shrimp taco and fries. Everything was so fresh and flavourful we got our tacos spicy and it was perfect 🤤🌮 We also asked for their hot sauce on the side which was mango haberno and it was epic!! Absolutely delicious. Super cute little patio in the back as well. Can't wait to go back! 🔥💖
