Fantastic pub in Markham! Steps from Marriott townplace suites and Marriott Courtyard hotel. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, fellow patrons were pleasant, fish and chips was excellent with thin crisp batter and golden fries and the tartar sauce was spot on. I recommend this spot to anyone staying at the hotel fancying a late night brew and dinner. Will definitely revisit this place. Again bit shot out to staff and those in the kitchen, fantastic job everyone!

Went to catch a playoff baseball game. They were accommodating to switch the channel, but no sound. Place only had a few tables. Ordered a firkin burger. Wont be ordering that again. It was messy and the burger patty was terrible. Staff service was subpar. When I came I asked for a water and the servers tone was rude as if I was only going to order water for the whole night.

A well stocked sports bar with a difference - the service is exemplary and the food genuinly tasty. Compared to restaurants, the food and drinks are reasonably priced. The ambience is good. The Owl also has a patio as well as a rooftop place open during warmer days.

I’ve been to The Owl a few times with my colleagues and friends after work, and it’s always a great spot to unwind. The place has a classic old English pub vibe, with cozy decor and a relaxed atmosphere, making it perfect for a casual hangout. The food is good, nothing too fancy, but everything I’ve tried has been tasty and hits the spot. The service is also solid, with friendly staff who make sure you're well taken care of, even during busy times. If you're looking for a chill place to grab a drink and some good food after work, The Owl Pub is definitely worth checking out.

It's A Dyer Thing

Always a great place to host gatherings among friends. Food always consistent, service always great, experience always enjoyable. I thank you again the team from Owl making our evening memorable and pleasant. You guys did a fantastic job!
