Had the Sunday special of prime rib roast with veggies and mashed potatoes. The food came before our drinks, which we didnt mind as the drinks soon followed. It was busy, but service was on point. Very polite and checked in on us often despite the busy time. Definitely would recommend it. It's a beautiful spot.

I dined at The Blake House with my boyfriend for Valentines Day and we chose to order from the fixed menu. Overall, we had a great time. Our waiter was great, the host was great, and we were constantly accommodated. Everyone is so nice. The atmosphere is nice, service is fast, and the aesthetic of the restaurant is cute! I ended up ordering the smoked duck, and it was absolutely delicious. That needs to be a permanent option on the menu. My boyfriend ordered the steak with the chimichurri sauce, and the steak was okay, nothing special, but the chimichurri sauce made it taste better. The appetizers and desserts were also yummy! My wine was great and my boyfriend ordered an old fashioned and he liked that as well. I would give 5 stars but my boyfriend's steak was just okay. But that smoked duck oh my gosh, so delicious and to die for. Was cooked perfectly! I would definitely come back to this restaurant the next time I visit Toronto! Also, we called to let the host know that we were going to be 15 minutes late to our reservation, and it was not a problem at all! I felt like everything was reasonably priced for what we ordered.

Enjoyed Saturday brunch with a group of 10. Coffee and food was very good - hot and fresh. All of were satisfied with our food. I enjoyed the meat lovers omelet that came with side of fruit, toast and potatoes. The service was friendly and efficient and no mistakes or fumbeling with the seperate bills. Seating is comfortable.

Well worth the price! Great food with generous portions. We enjoyed everything. Marvelous relaxed atmosphere, charming decor and the service was exceptional. Our waitress was soft spoken, kind, and very attentive! The manager (I think) checked on us also. Was a last minute choice for us but I am glad we found it!

Wonderful spot! The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. Food was wonderful. Personally, I loved the calamari. Might be the best I’ve ever had! Such a cozy atmosphere to eat and catch up.
