We went in today and ordered 2 gyros for lunch. The service was quick and friendly. The gyros were wrapped so well - this makes them easier to eat. Fresh ingredients and toasted made them so good! Thank you for the great service and lunch. We’ll be back!

We ordered two shawarmas and the pictures speak for themselves. Many of the toppings were not even added and the chicken was barely cooked and included more fat than actual chicken. After complaining, we were directed to complain on their website. They also said we’d be refunded and they have not refunded our money to this day. My husband and I don’t even want to eat shawarmas from even other franchises as it’ll remind us of this experience and we’re not going to this location again!

Went to Tahini's today for National Shawarma Day. I had ordered 4 chicken shawarma wraps and 2 chicken shawarma bowls. For two of those sandwiches I asked for no pickles and for one of the bowls no pickles and for everything medium spice. I brought it home and every single one of my wraps and bowls had pickles, all other ingredients were left out and no spice either. I don't understand why it was that hard to follow very simple instructions. I understand this is a cheaper deal but just because of that it shouldn't be done with half an effort when the bowl and wrap should be coming with garlic, tomatoes, pomegranate molasses and parsley and pickle. The only ingredient in every wrap and bowl was pickles, no other ingredients was put in. This was truly the most disgusting and disappointing meal my family has ever had. We all had to add hot sauces and additional sauces to make it taste half decent. When this location first opened they made all their food so flavourful. I don't see myself going back here again even though this place is is the place my daughter is always craving. I have attached a picture of my bill to show what was supposed to be on this order and how badly they failed to meet the simple requirements. The order was repeated back to me so truly no excuse as to why the entire order was messed up.

I recently ordered from Tahini and was really disappointed. The portion size was incredibly small – definitely not enough for a full meal. On top of that, the presentation was sloppy and unappetizing. It honestly looked like it was just thrown together without any care. The overall quality and taste didn’t match what I expected at all. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from here again. If an employee is just going through the motions without paying attention to things like portion sizes, it can affect quality, consistency, and even customer satisfaction.
