I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The service was prompt and courteous, the menu had a great variety, and the food was well-presented and delicious. The ambiance was comfortable and suitable for both casual and professional dining. Overall, a great place to eat and barsha did well done work.

Was there on the weekend, and the food was 10/10. Service was exceptional, The guy working on the line Suprim was quick and efficient and engaging. Was kind of busy but food was totally worth the wait. Will visit again for sure 😄😄. The tandoori shawrma was fire 🔥 and once again i really liked the overall experience.

I enjoyed the rice, and the portion sizes were generous. However, I was disappointed by the restaurant's obvious understaffing. One employee was busy managing both in-store orders and many Uber Eats orders, which seemed too much for just one person to handle. During the dinner rush, the establishment should be adequately staffed. The staff member was professional and apologized for being overwhelmed, but the owner should be ashamed for putting so much pressure on one employee.

BURNT FOOD I came to Kingston after almost a decade and was so excited to see so many new halal options. Ended up here at Tahini’s. Even though service was really friendly, not even a single instruction was followed. Spice levels were all same. We were mentioned multiple times that you can either have rice and fries or rice and salad. We chose rice and salad and three out of four orders were rice and fries. This was not big of deal so we divided to go with it anyways only to find out that chicken was also all burnt. Super disappointed :(

This was my first time at Tahini’s Kingston, and I was really disappointed. The rice was overcooked and dry, clearly scraped from the bottom of the pan. The chicken was shaved and chopped into tiny pieces, making the portion feel very small, especially compared to other shawarma places. The taste wasn’t good, and it just didn’t feel worth the money. The only good part was the polite staff, but sadly, that wasn’t enough to save the meal.
