Look I’ve been searching for a good Italian sausage cause there’s no street dogs in Waterloo Kitchener. This is pretty dang good sausage. The staff were kind, it was fast and it was good. I enjoyed it. It had the snap. It had the meat. It had a lot of toppings. Can’t go wrong when u want a good sausage!

Had to make a quick trip to CT and made a spur-of-the-moment decision to have a quick bite to eat. Glad I did! The spicy sausage was grilled (despite these other recent reviews) and the fries were warm and crunchy. The gentleman that was cooking my food was appreciative for my patronage and even got me a condiment to-go container for sauce to dip my fries in. There was room in the inside condiment area for myself, my wife, and our baby in a stroller. Will definitely be back!

This place used to be amazing. The new owners don’t care about quality anymore. They just want to make easy money. The fries were old and soggy and the condiments looked like they haven’t been changed out since the new take over. The sauerkraut tasted rotten. The sausages were shrivelled because they were sitting so long. It’s sooo dirty now. I’m so disappointed

NOT WORTH IT - $1.50 side gravy = SMALLEST container + LESS THAN 1/2 filled... PLUS, attendant claimed combo included MEDIUM fries, IF true, it's a extremely SMALL medium when packaged together with sausage... individually packaged toppings were nice (pickles, sauerkraut, peppers & onions)

Was there yesterday and the hot dog was not good. The bun I think was a few days old and some of the larger fries were not cooked and I must have gotten most of the ends. The last time I was there a few years ago it was great but not this time so not sure if it's a new owner or what. Now the guy working was nice don't get me wrong and I will try it again next time I am in Kitchener because maybe it was just a off day because we all have them. I will just try it first before I leave the parking lot to go find a nice spot to eat .
