They hate animals including service animals. wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone that doesn't hate animals.

It was freezing out and they denied a guy and his service dog to wait in the entry area for a cab. The dog had a service vest. Disgusting, hope they go out of business!!😡😡😡😡

Absolutely awful experience. Terrible service, terrible vibe, and ridiculous rules. They require a minimum spend just to get a drink, then switch to cash-only after 10pm like it’s some kind of trap. Staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and they wouldn’t even let us order food, which honestly killed any reason to stay. The whole place feels like a cash grab with zero care for customers. Didn’t feel welcome, didn’t feel comfortable, and definitely didn’t trust the food by the end of it. Would never come back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I stopped in here specifically for the billiards while passing through thunder Bay. The tables were in fairly good shape, and I got invited to play with several groups. Definitely worth the stop.
