I have been to this place many times, but the food is never being bad as today, I ordered the combo that can dine 5 people to celebrate my sister’s birthday, but I was really ashamed to see such thing, the chicken was burnt and full of burnt scraps, the potatoes were fried until it is fully burned and cotted by some weird green sauce to hide the flaws. I'm really disappointed, shawarma spot is officially out of my bucket list.

The food is good we always do take out and eat at home. They are always friendly to talk to only once I was a little disappointed because they were out of a lot of things. But it was later and someone ordered a large meal for a big family outing. So really can't blame them. All my other times the foods has been great!!! My wife and I always get the dinner for 2 for $30? Keep up the great job!

Hi, I had a very bad experience with my uber shawarma order. I customized it with no pickles, but they still added them. The chicken doesn’t look properly cooked, it’s salty, and it smells bad too. I’ve called 7 times and no one is answering. If you’re not able to provide good food, please don’t serve it to customers.

Amazing place, affordable prices, great food, portions are fair size and the customer service is above and beyond. One of my favourite places in Durham Region to Eat, the best Mediterranean food I have tried so far. Never disappointed at The Shawarma Spot. I highly recommend this food establishment as it's also very clean, quiet, respectful and very a enjoyable place to take your loved ones. I try to go here any time I have extra money and feel like eating out as it's always a pleasant dine in or take out experience. I accidently found them on Skip the dishes and I am ever so thankful as it's my favorite place in Durham now. Thank you for always being so kind, and being such an enjoyable place to eat at. Bless

One of the best shawarma places i have come across till date. We ordered $29.99 two person meal with chicken as a choice in our wraps. Portions were big and filling also veggies were super fresh (even for dinner). Love the way they served wraps with great amount of sauces unlike many other shawarma places. Thanks to Prachi for that (she did amazing job making our wraps). We also had a pleasant surprise with garlic potatoes. Baklava is at its best. Overall, It’s a must try place for shawarma lovers. Will go again and again!!
