Amazing experience from start to finish! The service was outstanding — the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. The food was just as impressive: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish came out perfectly and you can really tell there’s attention to quality and detail in the kitchen. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends and family!

I went to Shawarma Royale after seeing their reel promoting the King Shawarma Box and a King Shawarma wrap. In the reel, the wrap looked very large and the box clearly showed extra chicken added on top. However, what I received in-store was completely different. I was given two very thin shawarmas, and there was no extra chicken in the box like shown in the promotional video or on the website photos. The portion size was much smaller than advertised. When I asked about it, the employee responded arrogantly and said, “It’s just for show.” That response was very disappointing. Advertising something visually and then saying it’s just for show feels misleading. I didn’t expect this kind of experience. Based on this visit, it’s hard to trust what’s being promoted versus what’s actually served.

The service is really nice and the dine in space is big and you don't feel like you're around people very closely, the music is nice and the chef was so kind. He gave us a free muhamara and it was so tasty i will for sure order that next time. There is also dessert cafe inside of the resataurant and their dessert is amazing with good portions.

Very Disappointing (Friendly Staff, But Food Missed the Mark) I ordered the Chicken Shawarma Royale Bowl and it was a complete waste of money. I actually got confused whether I received a shawarma bowl or just a plain chicken rice bowl with a few small pieces of chicken. The portion, taste, and overall quality were nowhere close to what “Royale” should be. The staff were friendly, and I had no issues with service — but the food itself was extremely disappointing. Now I understand why the store was empty. Definitely not worth it, and I won’t be ordering again.

Tasty menu items, everything was fresh. The quantity was a little on the cheaper side. I ordered the rice mixed meat dinner meal and the staff didn’t ask what toppings I’d like instead just started giving me a little of everything. I would return however it is on the pricey side which not a lot of bang for your buck.
