The chicken shawarma was great and fully loaded. However, I just noticed a hair in the spicy garlic potatoes which lowers the rating.

I found a red hair in my food. Completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. looks like beard hair... I immediately tried to resolve it through Uber Eats, but because I placed the order on a laptop instead of the mobile app, I was apparently “out of the dispute window.” So instead of addressing a legitimate food safety issue, they hid behind a technicality. Let me be clear: the platform you order from should not determine whether contaminated food gets refunded. Poor quality control from the restaurant. Worse customer support from Uber Eats. Order at your own risk — and apparently only from your phone.

I went inside around 1 AM & the person in charge greeted me with a warm smile. The service was excellent.I was surprised that they open till 5 am, which was really good. The fodd itself was excellent.I ordered 2 poutine and a chicken shawarma, it was fantastic.I'll visit again when I visit windsor.
