Been coming here for years but the last few times the food quality has definitely gone down the gutter. Had the Shawarma sandwich and it was basically an extra dried out 7-11 taquito for $9 (that’s being generous with my review btw) Service and atmosphere is great though

These people took 30 bucks from me for a beef shawarma, with not a single topping on it besides dry meat and some soggy tomatoes in it. I ordered a beef shawarma with everything on it and the guy put just meat sauce and soggy tomatoes. Tasted bad. The grape leaves and potatoes weren't very fresh tasting neither. Guy had a total bad attitude, and isn't approachable. I called 2x next day to tell two different workers about this all. No call back. The second worker in second call asked me "what's your phone number?" and he took down only 4 digits lol. They Don't Care. Thats fine tho, I'm never returning here to give a single dollar of my money to them ever again. . And just now, I spoke to owner and he didn't care to replace anything. Just said well your on camera & you ate it. And that people complain about not enough meat. Haha, what a waste of time. That's ok, I'll take my money to Shawarma Queen just across the street. They don't do stuff like this and the quality of their food is better and not as expensive. Lesson learnt

This legendary Lebanese shawarma spot in the heart of downtown Windsor is still doing its thing, serving up some of Windsor's best shawarma. The location is everything. It's in the best spot and it's been there forever, it's a staple. The shawarma still kicks ass just like I remember. Portions went down in recent years and prices went up, that's the reason for the four stars.

I have ordered a plate with shawarma meat which consists of rice, salad, garlic sauce, tahina, bread, and pickles. It was an average meal in terms of taste at some points I felt that the shawarma quantity was not much. There’s a place where you can sit and have your lunch and dinner. The price in this area of downtown is expensive somehow. But it’s worth a try.

We love coming here! Best shawarma I’ve ever had. We’ve lived in many different cities and have tried to find places that compare to Shawarma Palace, but they always seem to come up short. The taste of the food here is always great, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly.
