Walked out of one major franchise chain to come here and boy was it a better experience! Food was amazing staff was super friendly and attentive. The mozzarella sticks were amazing and so was the rest of the food! 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Can’t say it lived up to the hype for us. I got a brisket sandwich and my girlfriend got a chicken sandwich which was concerningly undercooked (and in hindsight should’ve maybe been sent back). My sandwich was good. Pickles tasted like the ghost of dills past.

OMFG! I have been in Windsor for a year and asking people about food and trying various local places. How was sawyers not mentioned! The best single dish I have had in Windsor hands down, and anywhere in a while! The server recommended their best dish and he wasn’t wrong! The rice with brisket and egg is PHENOMENAL! Oh man! What a joint. Super friendly service, excellent food and a cool vibe with good music. Had the smoked Caesar which was awesome, pork belly burnt ends which melt in your mouth and then we had the smash burger and the fat bastard. Everything was great, sauces are awesome and did I mention the service was great? It costs a little more than some places but it’s well worth it. Good food and good service can be a little more, I’ll definitely be going back when I’m in town. Highly recommend this place.

I took my son to Sawyer’s for an early dinner and we had to try everything. We got brisket fried rice which was really good, Mac and cheese and potato salad were delicious, the jalapeño sausage was amazing, brisket and pulled pork were great but the star for me was the pork belly burnt ends. WOW. They were melt in your mouth, so fatty and flavourful! I would go back just for them. My son loved trying all the bbq sauces on the table and ate all the waffle fries so they must have been good! Highly recommend giving them a try. Price is high but well worth it for sure!!! You get what you pay for.
