If you're heading to Raxx Bar & Grill in Kingston, you have to ask for Lilly! She is absolutely incredible and makes every visit a blast. Whether you’re there to grab a pound of their famous wings or settling in for a round of pool with friends, Lilly’s energy and attentive service really set the tone for a great night. It’s rare to find someone who handles a busy Saturday crowd with such grace and a smile. Five stars for Lilly! She’s the best!

We had the best experience at Raxx Bar & Grill thanks to our server, Lilly Sullivan. She was attentive, upbeat, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Her energy and positive attitude really elevated our night, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Exceptional service :) we will definitely be back!

If you’re going to Raxx Bar & Grill in Kingston, do yourself a favour and ask for Lilly Sullivan. Her service went above and beyond every expectation. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. She was knowledgeable about the menu, checked in at all the right times without being overbearing, and handled everything with such ease and professionalism. You can tell she truly loves what she does—and it shows. Lilly didn’t just serve us food and drinks, she elevated the entire experience. This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. Absolute standout

Kawaii Kitten

We had such a great time at this bar! We played pool, loved the music the DJ was playing, and the overall vibe was perfect. The cocktails were fantastic and really well made. We had so much fun and would definitely come back again the next time I’m in Kingston.
