Our server was Hannah! She was fabulous and friendly, always attentive with our baby and genuinely caring to ensure our first experience was enjoyable. The food was top-notch; the Benedict eggs were a hit, perfectly poached with hollandaise sauce, and the Matcha tea was rich and aromatic, which my wife loved. The menu offers plenty of options accommodating various dietary restrictions, including vegan and gluten-free choices. If you're visiting with children, you'll find suitable options for them as well. It's definitely a place we'll return to at least once a month. If you're looking for a delicious brunch spot, this is the right one.

It was our first time at Pur & Simple, and I went with my boyfriend. We absolutely loved the place and the ambiance it has such a warm and welcoming vibe. There’s a great variety of food to choose from, which made it exciting to try something new. Our server, Hannah, was amazing. She explained the menu clearly, which made it much easier for us to decide what to order. She was very kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and overall we had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back!

So far I really like this place! I make plenty of visits often to get breakfast poutine. (Photo featured) Service has been excellent across the board and there are a couple stand outs in the staff that are particularly friendly and have great customer service. Haven't managed to catch many names yet but so far Hannah has been really awesome!

Very clean and bright, service was amazing even though very busy. A bit echoy if you don't like noise. Don't be in a hurry it's a dining experience. Food was very good and lots of it. Watch for the add ons, they are worth it but you have to know about them. I would definitely suggest you try this new Canadian owned establishment.
