We had a group of 20+ people, service was great, food was awesome and we would go back again! Would love to be there in the summer if they have a patio?! I had a Buda bowl, fresh veggies, warm rice with a nice dipping sauce and beef on top. It was a bit spicy as I love that and added some sriracha sauce for a bit of an extra kick. Desert was Creme Brulee and it was perfect. I had a Ashton beer, nice hoppy IPA and it went well with the meal. Will be back!

Stopped into Poor Boy and it was exactly what you want it to be. Nothing fancy, just solid food, good portions, and a laid-back vibe. Everything came out fast and hit the spot. It’s the kind of place you go when you want something easy and satisfying without overthinking it. Simple, reliable, and always a good call.

Pour Boy on Somerset has SUCH a good poutine. Perfect atmosphere for a night out with friends— lots of good drink and menu options. Servers were friendly and checked in often :)

Pour Boy on Somerset is one of my favorite spots in Ottawa for a casual night out. The atmosphere is laid-back and friendly, with a great mix of people and music that’s never too loud. The food is solid — especially for the price. Their burgers and nachos are always on point, and they’ve got some of the best daily specials and cheap pints in the city. The staff are super chill and welcoming, which really adds to the charm of the place. Whether you’re meeting friends for drinks, catching a live show, or just grabbing a quick bite, Pour Boy never disappoints. Definitely a hidden gem in Centretown!

Had dinner and some pints with my brothers while visiting from Halifax and was blown away by Pour Boy. The atmosphere, price point, service, and quality of product were phenomenal! The two servers we had we both funny, personal, and quick! It's definitely a gem of a spot! I'll definitely be back and would recommend this spot to anyone!
