Tried Potato Bar today and ordered the Big Philly. I was a bit unsure at first since the menu is entirely potato-based, but it turned out to be a good experience. The pulled beef and sauces in the Big Philly were excellent and well balanced. The fries were fresh; while I personally prefer them crispier, it didn’t take away from the overall taste. The dish was filling and enjoyable. Customer service stood out — we were greeted right when we walked in, and the staff were helpful while ordering. The place itself is cozy with a fun potato cartoon theme, giving it a cool and relaxed vibe. Overall, a solid spot and worth trying if you’re in the mood for something different.

Had been waiting to try this place out and managed to make it out with a group for lunch this afternoon. Plenty of options (I mean who doesn't love carbs and meats) and went with the Volcano Tots. You get your money's worth as they load up the portion with meat, guac and their house sauce. The Hot Cheetos added a spice with the flavour blending into the dish. The tots themselves were crunchy to add texture, but a soft potato interior. Service would've been 5 stars, but looks like they just had the one employee both doing prep and front desk. She pumped it out, but definitely could've used another set of hands as groups after us were forced to wait. Will definitely make my way back as there were so many options/combos that caught my eye!

I always get the Mexican Fiesta over tater tots and it’s always a 10/10. Last night when I ordered, I had forgotten to specify the potato base, and was given mashed potatoes. The employee was very swift about replacing the food with tots instead. Employees are kind, food is good, portion is very generous, I crave it every couple of weeks- Recommend this spot!! ☺️

Great customer service and amazing food. I had Nashville Chicken smashed potato jacket. Great service by Taj. Update: I am here again and this time it wasn’t a disappointing instead amazing test and customer service from the team.

Overall a fantastic experience. I've visited multiple times and consistently had a positive experience. I've tried a few different items - my favorite being the Veggie Tots - followed by the Nashville Chick, Alabama Tots and Le Classic (corn). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe. Prices are fair and well worth the quality your receive. I highly recommend this spot, especially if you're a potato lover!
