We ordered a large pizza, half had chicken, red onions green pepper and mushrooms other half pepperoni green pepper and mushrooms. They sent a pizza with no green pepper on any of it and no cheese on half the pizza? I called and asked them to remake the pizza they sent a pizza with all the proper toppings but the crust was not cooked. It was more dough then crust. Absolutely discussing. When I called and told them they said next time I should ask for it to be double cooked. Never in my life should I have to ask for the dough of my pizza to be cooked properly. They asked for the pizzas back and I asked for a refund. Not eating there again.

Great food,UPDATED review. Service is now very poor. Waitress approach the table said hi, then proceeded to stair at us, so I gave her my drink order and she continued to stare at us expecting us to order the food but we just got here and started looking over the menu. We felt rushed and just ordered a Hawaiian pizza. Half way threw the meal she did check on us, from across the room ask if we were good. She needs to be trained. It's unfortunate some people don't have customer service skill.

Amazing pizza and chicken bites. Always go with regular crust. Hubbie likes stuffed. I dont. The bake on the regular crust is outstanding. Especially when heated back up in airfryer. Only downside is no deliver before certain time for south porcupine and porcupine.

This order was a complete joke from start to finish. I explicitly asked for the pizzas to be VERY WELL COOKED, and what arrived looks like it was half-baked, rushed, and dumped into a box without a second thought. The crust is raw, pale, and doughy, the center is wet, floppy, and collapsing, and the cheese is a soupy mess. This is not pizza — this is inedible slop. One slice literally falls apart when you try to lift it. The toppings are barely cooked, the base feels uncooked, and the entire pizza looks like it was pulled straight from the oven before it was ready. Whoever approved this should not be anywhere near a kitchen. Now let’s talk about the order itself. I ordered ONE LARGE and ONE MEDIUM. What did I get? TWO MEDIUM PIZZAS. This is not a minor mistake — this is basic order fulfillment, and somehow it was still messed up. If you can’t even get the SIZE right, what exactly are customers paying for? This order wasted my time, my money, and my night. I waited, trusted the brand, and ended up with food that went straight to the trash. No apology, no quality, no accountability — just careless, lazy execution. Pizza Hut used to be reliable. This experience proves that quality control is either nonexistent or completely ignored. If this is the new standard, then this location should seriously reconsider operating at all. I will never order from here again, and I strongly recommend others don’t either unless they enjoy undercooked dough, wrong orders, and complete disappointment.
