As a regular pho diner, I’ve tried quite a few places and this new restaurant in Markham is a solid addition. I started with the appetizers, and the crispy spring rolls stood out. They were fresh, flavourful, and had a good crunch. For the main, I ordered the house special pho. The broth was balanced and flavourful without being overpowering. The noodles had a nice texture, and the bowl came with a good mix of beef, beef balls, tripe, and tendon, all prepared well. The sides were also enjoyable, particularly the pickled garlic, which I personally liked. The complimentary tea was warm and pleasant, and the iced coffee was refreshing. Service was a highlight. The staff were accommodating and attentive. I was dining alone and asked for a booth seat to enjoy the sunlight, and they were able to accommodate that. My partner also requested just broth to return home, and although it was not on the menu, they were able to prepare it. That level of flexibility and attention to guests stood out. My partner, who is quite selective with pho broth, also enjoyed it. Overall: 5 stars. I definitely return again !

Another Vietnamese restaurant in town, this one stands out. The broth is my favourite among all the Markham Pho and I completely finished my bowl wanting more. Very nice atmosphere plus food!

Spring rolls are crispy. The Beef in the vermicelli is a bit salty but overall is a good viet restaurant.
