This employee is very rude and unprofessional. I saw him scratching his body by his hand while preparing food and it's very unsanitary. The employee rudely told me to leave when I addressed the issue to him.

Two times I went to this store at Queen st west and both time I had the worst experience with this two india guys. My order was 2 cheese steak sandwiches and one fries, they said 10-12 minutes. I be like okey. After waiting 27 minutes I asked them what’s the update? One of them be like 10 minutes more. Not ready yet and in front of me they just started making it which was so worst. I won’t go their store anymore. Either you need to change those stuffs who’s working or I’m not going anymore. Finally took 42 minutes to prepare my food. Not recommended to anyone.

I ordered for for delivery. The 3 Triple Cheese Melt Sandwich was next level! very juicy,cheesy and the meat was so tender. Just wished they had an option to toast the bread but was good anyway. The Magic Fries (**New Special**) were good too. I still prefer salty fries but wanted to try.

This was my first experience getting to try the viral Dubai chocolate strawberries and this restaurant definitely met my standards! Speaking as an American just visiting Toronto for the week, I had to return here for seconds. I also tried their pancakes which were equally as amazing. Not only were their treats really good, but the customer service was excellent too. Very kind and welcoming atmosphere when you’re walking through the city. This place is a mandatory stop now every time I come visit Canada again.
