I had a great experience at Osmow’s. I accidentally ordered my food to the wrong location at Osmow’s and when I called the Richmond Street store for help, they said there was nothing they could do and that I couldn’t get a refund. I then went to the Fanshawe Park Road location and explained the situation. The staff there were incredibly kind, understanding, and went above and beyond by replacing my meal free of charge. Their customer service was excellent and they really turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Thank you to the team at the Fanshawe Park location for the outstanding service and kindness. I truly appreciate it and will definitely be returning to this location!

"Great experience! I’m always looking for tasty gluten-free or low-carb options, and their salad bowls are fantastic. The meat is high quality and doesn't feel greasy. It’s hard to find 'fast food' that actually feels fresh and healthy, but Osmow’s nails it every time."

EDIT: This is now become my favourite location to go to. BIG portions, amazing taste, great service with a smile on their face. They even ask you how much sauce you want. They’ve improved a LOT since they first opened here! The first time I went to this location was in November 2025, back then I had a not so great experience where they held back in their usual portions, and the taste was off and kinda bland. The owner had reached out to me after I left my initial review making it right. So I gave it another go, and both times I’ve gone after my first time here was amazing. I like how they took the initial constructive criticism and improved substantially based on that! I most recently went on January 24th 2026, and it blew my expectations away from all the other locations in London. Great job!

I visited this location for the first time and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend it over the Richmond/Oxford locations. For dine-in, cleanliness, and food quality, I’d rate this Highbury & Fanshawe Rd location a solid 9/10. Everything was clean, fresh, and well maintained. Will be coming back again.
