I ordered Shawarma with extra garlic sauce. I paid for extra sauce. It was basically less than regular sauce. Specially asked to cashier about that, how I want.

I’ve given Osmow’s three chances and it got worse every time. First visit: I waited around 2 hours for my food while I watched tons of people who ordered after me in-store get served first. I tried to be understanding, but then my order was messed up. No tahini and missing basically all my toppings. Second visit (takeout a few days later): again, missing items. They forgot the hot sauce, the extra garlic I paid for, and there were no utensils. At this point it’s not mistakes, it’s a pattern. Third time (the last time): I found hair in my food. That was it. I called the store and instead of taking it seriously, they denied it and were disrespectful on the phone. No apology, no accountability, just attitude. This is beyond frustrating. Waiting forever, missing paid add-ons, and then a hygiene issue topped off with rude customer service. No thanks. This is bullshit. I’m not coming back and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Really good food, always fresh and full of flavour. The taste is consistent every time I visit, and the portions are filling. Definitely a go-to spot on Princess St. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. They are polite, patient, and always have a smile, which makes the experience even better. You can tell they care about customers. Highly recommend this place!

Chiken totally burned and this is not the first time this happened with me, every time they made mistakes now I fed up with them that's why i am here. Customer service is also poor when i call them to address my issue they didn't even apologize for their mitake. I drove 25 min and this is what i get. Never getting something from here.😤

I ordered Chicken on the ROCKS®, but it was missing the hot sauce. I also paid extra for garlic sauce and received less than half a cup. Really disappointed with the service, felt like I wasted my money.
