Last week i visited this place. I like new york fries and i visited different places as well. I like my fries with extra sour cream so i ask for it and pay extra 5 dollars for it on 2 larger fries order. But it look like they only gave me regular instead of extra what they charge for on top of that they forgot to give me seasoning packet what i ask for befor billing. And when i ask for it the lady didn't like it. Customer service was not pleasant.

Usually it's ok with the brown lady. This young white woman worker was terrible. Gave cold fries and shouted at me do you want ketchup.

This used to be my favourite place for a poutine. Yesterday my poutine was terrible and made me sick. There was barely any cheese curds or gravy. And the fries tasted like they were left in the basket and reheated. Terrible experience

We really love poutine and new york fries serves is one of the best places to enjoy poutine. But this time when we ordered the classic poutine this is what we got. There was literally no gravy at all in poutine and was looking so dry. Fortunately we ordered *EXTRA* gravy on side otherwise it would be a dry poutine with only fries and cheese curds. Beside the customer service was also not very welcoming and good.
