Most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I booked a reservation for 19 people for my birthday dinner for 8:30pm almost 2 weeks in advance. We showed up on time yet we were still unseated by 9:30 because the reservation before us decided to show up 2 hours late. Instead of setting a time limit on their party, or coming up with a accommodations for us, the manager continued to let the previous party sit at our reserved table for an entire hour into our reservation while 19 of us had to stand around in the corner trying to order drinks. Even after we expressed to the manager politely multiple times that we had people in our party who came from out of town and have been waiting for a long time, she couldn’t not come up with a solution. In fact, she refused to even let the party sitting in our table know that there was another reservation waiting for over an hour because they were “paying customers”. This excuse made no sense to me as we were also paying customers who had ordered drinks. It is very obvious to me that they did this to take advantage of the fact that we were a group of students while the other party was a group of 30 adults who would definitely spend more money. Nothing was compensated and no apology was given to our party. Shameful, money hungry behaviour honestly. Will definitely not be returning to this location

Place is great, staff is really nice and understanding, but the manager needs to grow a back bone and understand the boundaries and norms of what is appropriate. My group, a group of 20, made a reservation at a set time, and was responsible enough to show up at the set time of the reservation. A different party of people made a reservation before us and was irresponsible of actually showing up at the appropriate time, arriving 2 hours late, causing our reservation to be held back. My group had to wait an extra hour from our reserved time, to simply be seated. Yet, the remaining group of people from the previous party did not leave nor relocate, taking up our reserved seats. After a respectful confrontation to the group, the group became aggressive and threatening, manager end ups kicking out our party, and after repeated threats the remaining second party. No service was provided after an hour of waiting and no money was refunded so far. Staff is great, manager debatable of competency.

We went for dinner with friends. It was very good. I would like to suggest senior options. I ordered 3 fish tacos. Really 1 would have been sufficient with the side dish. Not everyone has such a large appetite. It ends up being such a large waste of food.

Had the grilled chicken & avocado salad—tasty, big portions, a bit pricey ($29 + $4). Patio was awesome and super central. We were 8 people, enjoyed a few drinks and a great meal!
