My wife and I went out for Valentine’s Day this year and decided to try Licensed to Sear after hearing so many good things. We wanted to experience it firsthand — and wow, it did not disappoint. No word of a lie, it was probably the best restaurant meal we’ve had in quite a while. We started with the arancini, which were absolutely delicious, and for our mains we had the Chicken Supreme — it was outstanding. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. For drinks, my wife and I both ordered Old Fashioneds. It’s hard to find them made properly with bourbon these days, but they nailed it. I had the Hickory Smoked Old Fashioned, and it was fantastic — smooth, balanced, and just the right amount of smoke. To top it all off, the owner Kyle stopped by our table to introduce himself. He was a super friendly and welcoming host. We later found out his wife was one of the kind people serving us as well. You can really feel that it’s a wonderful, family-run restaurant that takes pride in what they do. Hands down, I highly recommend coming here. We will definitely be back.

Kyle brought his trailer to cater my husbands 50th Birthday party and all we've heard since then are RAVE reviews! Working with him prior to the event was easy; he appeared on time and was ready to go very quickly. All the food offerings were delicious, without exception! Highly recommend!

We hired License to Sear to cater our wedding. All our guests were raving about how good the food was. It came out on time, was hot and fresh, and the service was wonderful. Kyle was especially helpful in accommodating our guests' dietary restrictions and making any changes we requested throughout the wedding planning process. Thank you!!

We hired License to Sear for our outdoor wedding at the end of September. Kyle was a dream to work with. He was always quick to reply with any questions I had, and on wedding day him and the rest of his team did not disappoint. Service was quick, and clean up was quiet in between our speeches. The food at our wedding was very important to me, and I’m still in awe at the meal we were able to have at an outdoor venue. We are still receiving many compliments on how amazing the food was, and how professional the servers and bartenders were. Thank you again!
