This place never disappoint. We have always ordered the chicken sandwich in the past. Today, we came for the 2 for 1 Ramadan deal, so we got the smash fries. We came near closing time at 10:30 but the ladies were so nice to allow us to sit. They were not at all annoyed when we asked if we could order chicken wings after our first order was ready. Truly amazing service, 10/10. Come to this store, it is worth it. Limited seating space though.

So sad. They have changed the burger buns, the burger sauce.. what is left? The chicken is no longer crispy either. My food went to waste :(. I believe they’re under new ownership because I REALLY enjoyed their food before. Now I am very disappointed by the quality that has went downhill. +1 for halal +1 for good customer service. Ambiance isn’t great. Food is bad. +1 for price point. Overall 2.5/5

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Just ordered a 12 piece family meal from the Ritson location. The chicken seemed like it was re-fried. Not fresh at all and had a burnt taste. The biscuits were burnt. The mashed potatoes... UNEDIBLE, like absolutely disgusting. they were so dry and had a rubbery taste. The cajun spicy fries seemed like it had chili powder sprinkled all over instead of Cajun spice. Honestly, I don't know which item was worse. The only good thing was the bottled coke I got. So much for spending our hard earned money on supporting local businesses and only to be disappointed. I usually don't leave reviews but this really angered me. Do they not have any quality control? Or any standards to maintain...

Tried KrispyFry recently and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The name doesn’t lie, the crispiness is absolutely on point. Every bite had that satisfying crunch you hope for, and the aroma was mouthwatering even before I opened the box. You could tell it was freshly made and well-fried. I had placed a phone order, and the pickup experience was smooth. It took about 5 minutes after I arrived to get my order, which is reasonable and shows they were preparing it fresh rather than just pulling it off a heat lamp. I ordered a mix of regular and spicy options. Both had a solid flavor profile. The spicy variety had just the right amount of kick, noticeable but not overpowering. The regular was more subtle, which balanced things well when mixed. Only drawback? The salt. It was noticeably on the lower side for both variants. A little more seasoning would really make the flavors pop. Not asking for heavy sodium, just enough to complement the crunch and enhance the taste. Hopefully, they’ll dial it in better next time. Overall, KrispyFry delivers crispy, freshly made, great-smelling fried food that’s definitely worth a try, especially if you're a fan of texture and spice. A bit more salt and they’re easily hitting 5 stars.

Amazing food with really tasty chicken and waffles. Really love the pricing and they have great daily deals! I really recommend the chicken and waffles bites. Lots of parking and not that busy. Strongly recommend coming here! Just watch the spice levels cause spicy is actually really spicy!
