I honestly want to gatekeep this smash burger restaurant as it was one of best burgers I have experienced in Toronto (and the GTA). Now, the price is reasonable and I did order a big meal which totalled the price between $20-30. If you are normal or not a big eater, then your price range will be less than what I experienced. I got the cheese burger with double patties, Jay's curly fries (comes with a smash burger patty on top...holy) and a drink. The burger was perfect and what I would imagine a nice, elegant smash burger to be. The kind you are dreaming about before sleeping because you're slightly hungry. It was juicy, full of flavour and fresh vegetables. The curly fries were perfectly fried, seasoned and the smashed patty on top of it was the cherry on top 👌. The staff were kind and peaceful. Not rushed and took orders carefully. Thanks for the meal! (Sorry about the photos. I'm still practicing).

Tried Jay’s Burger in Richmond Hill and it was great. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and it was not overdone with toppings... also ordered the curly fries and they were well seasoned. Regarding interior, the place was very clean and had a relaxed, local feel. Nice to have a straightforward burger spot around here that just focuses on doing the basics right!!

Delicious smash burgers, curly fries and poutine. Fresh and aesthetic! Assortment of drinks to choose from . They have a points system so it’s easy to get hooked . Street parking is hard to find.

If you're looking for an extraordinary burger, this is the place! The smash burgers have those perfect crispy, lacy edgesm and seasoned to perfection and clearly made with the freshest ingredients. The fries are just as impressive—golden and fluffy on the inside. The service was welcoming, making my experience unforgetable. Plus, the entire combo is price reasonable.

The best burgers in town hands down! Nothing else compare! The smashed patties are so light and juicy. The Jays fries are a staple whether you get curly or regular. The service is top notch and it never disappoints. Highly recommend trying them if you haven’t already! It will quickly become your go-to spot.
