My husband and I stopped in for dinner this week and had a wonderful experience! The service was top notch and the food was Amazing! We both had the chicken wings and fries and the portions were huge making it a great bang for your buck! We will definitely be back again!

The atmosphere in this place has not changed and it was one of the first places I went in London, drawn by the big windows and street signs from Ireland (the lack of renos of any kind is not a plus; things like charger plugs at the booth tables, small lamps at night, new tables and benches, etc., would help with updating). I came in on a cold day and had a soup and their 'bread basket,' that was an extra $1.99 and consisted of a bun cut in half. The soup was good but there was not a lot of it (in a big bowl) - I feel the bread should have been included - and I waited quite a while in an empty restaurant. I ended up paying over $3.00 more for my drink today than what was told me when I asked beforehand; no explanation or apology when I brought it up. No food or drink specials. No happy hour. I found prices were more than I had planned and hoped for, and the menu limited. This place could be packed in its excellent location if they made some simple, customer-centered changes. I guess they do OK on games nights so are not too concerned about people like me. I was not impressed and I hope the management and staff take note and are good with constructive criticism. It is very convenient and close to the arena and market; a prime location, for sure!

The Nacho Rater

Nachos. This plate consisted of corn tortilla chips loaded with cheddar cheese, veggies, salsa and jalapeños. No protein options available. The chips to topping ratio was balanced. The portion was not enough for 1 adult. The pricing wasn't reasonable. The plate was too expensive based on the portion size. Overall, I enjoyed the plate. The veggies added a nice flavor and texture. However, I would like to see a larger portion. I would not order it again.

Excellent food for a reasonable cost compared to other restaurants in the area. Staff working seemed to make everyone who walked in the door feel like family. Food came out in a timely manner. Decor is pretty neat too.

Pros: - Great atmosphere, wouldn’t be out of place in Tampa or Santa Monica - Lots of lighting - Amazing, sincere service - Clean - somebody takes pride in making sure things are neat and tidy - Spacious Cons - The food seems dated - The burger was average, unseasoned. If it was made from scratch there was very little to no seasoning on it, overpriced for what it was. - I don’t feel there was an adequate amount of toppings on the burger for the price - Thick cut fries are notoriously difficult to pull off and they sadly missed the mark. The fries were somewhat crispy on the outside but just tasted like a fire roasted potato on the inside. If they used the same technique and cut normal sized fries it would be fantastic I think if they brought in a food scientist or professional chef for a few months to modernize the menu this place could be amazing. Clearly people are willing to pay but they might not be willing to come back unless the food improves.
