I said I would... so here goes; The kitchen staff was accommodating with a modification to my order (wasn't busy at the time) And Thanks to Jessica who cared for my order today, you made the process seamless and worth mentioning. P.s. It's also really nice to receive a hamburger looking pretty close to the ones you'd see in the ADS. before devouring it. So cheers to that !

I reqly enjoy this place. I usually eat here when in Timmins for work. Staff is polite, helpful, and friendly. Food is great. Prices are super reasonable, and me CAA membership paid itself!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service was unbelievably slow and rude – it felt like we were bothering them just by being there. The assistant manager flat-out refused to make my order the way I asked, even though Harvey’s advertises “Have it your way.” Instead of offering a solution or even basic courtesy, their attitude was dismissive and rude. If a customer can’t get their food the way they want at Harvey’s, what’s the point of eating here? This location clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction, and I wouldn’t eat here again if it were free. Save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else.

I went to Harvey’s expecting my wrap to be made the way I wanted, since that’s the slogan and promise of the brand. Unfortunately, the assistant manager refused to prepare it the way I asked. This was disappointing, as customer choice is the main reason I go to Harvey’s. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains assistant manager to respect customer requests in the future and guide staff to do right thing not follow your assistant manager blindly

Good Harvey's location. Fries and onion rings were delicious. Friendly staff and quick service. Nice dining room.
