This is my go to chip truck. Best fries that I know of poutine does not use real curds, but it’s still good too.

Really good poutine, the gravy was good and the cheese curds were plentiful. There could have been a touch more gravy, but no complaints here. The portion was also a good size.

The Greek fries were better than I expected! I liked them, but there needed to be more cheese and gravy and it needed to be spread out better. They are a cash only truck and I did not know because it was my first time there so I said I would have to leave and come back with cash or I can e-transfer if possible. A lady heard me and came over and said that she has e-transfer but people in the past have gotten away with not sending it. I told her I would send it right on the spot and show her. I even sent her a little more than the total. While I appreciate her accommodating me for not bringing cash, I didn’t really like how rude it sounded when she said it to me. It made me feel like an inconvenience and not a customer. Customers should always be spoken to in a kind manner. A TON of businesses take card and e-transfer these days anyway, so I think that it’s something all business should consider. Not everyone carries cash anymore.

Best chip truck I've ever been to. The chips and gravy are phenomenal! Always a massive amount and they're always piping hot. The owners are incredibly sweet and are so generous to kids. We just went and she gave the kids really cool Halloween treats. No better way to end the week!

Just ordered a medium fry, the fries were nice and crispy but not too crispy. The fries were cooked thoroughly which most fry trucks seem to struggle with. However the gravy is actually quite gross, it has some sort of sour taste to it so definitely won’t be getting gravy next time !
