Great food and always friendly service! Just took my mom and dad down to enjoy the park scenery, and we grabbed a bite to eat. We ordered potine, fries, and mushrooms caps. We got a great spot at a bench in the shade and had a great time!

Good poutine, got a family size and portion is amazing compared to other places in town. Could use a little more gravy but they usually do well. It’s Loaded up with cheese though.

June 25, 2025 "Forever Fries at Gillies Lake in Timmins are a perfect 5-star experience! 🍟 I had the Pierogi poutine, and it was delicious. 🤤 The lakeside setting makes it even better. 🏞️" June 2022 Best popcorn chicken poutine I’ve ever had! I’ve never had a poutine with as much cheese and popcorn chicken as theirs. I highly recommend their poutine, you can’t go wrong.

Came here for the first time and this place was great! Sitting right beside a small lake or pond with tons of cute ducks around lol i ordered a Poutine and a homemade Pogo. Fries were so good with tons of curds and delicious gravy! Pogo was crunchy and i really liked the batter. Definitely come try this place out. :)

Finally a place in Timmins that knows how to do fries right! Nice golden sticks of joy that are soft on the inside but crunchy on the outside. You can tell that the potatoes are hand cut and peeled. Much appreciated, Thank you!! I had their Quebec poutine and although the gravy was a little runny it was still delicious overall. One nice touch too is that they layer their cheese so when you get to the bottom of the container there is still cheese. The portions are good and the prices are fair. My only regret is not trying this place sooner. I will be back! *Pictured here is a medium.
