I stopped at the pump to put oil in my vehicle. While I was there, a staff member approached me and started speaking rudely for no reason. I was calm and respectful, so the behavior was completely uncalled for. Customer service should be professional and polite. Very disappointing experience.

Washrooms we're super small and dirty. There's a sign that they have showers, but they weren't available. The store's extremely outdated. I guess it's good if you want some outdated soda or something

Still no Def and only half of the pumps are working. Have to buy the jugs of def. If you have BVD, Petro-Pass or Esso cards go there instead. They seemed to have ran off the staff that could keep the pumps. working. Have the feeling Pilot/Flying J doesn't care about this place anymore. Give this place -2 out of 10. $32.76 for a 9.46 litre jug of def.

25.12 The employee told me that the shower wasn't working because there was no water, even though there was water in the washroom. I assume these guys just didn't want to clean the showers after using them. Merry Christmas. I would also like to add that the washroom at this gas station is always very dirty. If you have the opportunity to avoid going there, it is better not to do so.

Stopped at flying last night for some gas. Went to turn on my car, and it didn't start. The caring workers there helped me jump my car, and I was able to make it home. Very grateful 🙏 Thank you again to that gentleman!
