Great customer service and good ambience. The restaurant was clean and not busy at the time I went in. I ordered the Firefly burger (with Beef bacon) and Poutine. The burger with a 6.3oz patty and other toppings, was very filling and flavourful. The poutine was also good but the standout thing was definitely the burger. The prices are on the higher end but average for this area. If you are visiting Eaton centre or nearby areas then this place is definitely worth trying. Also, they do have washrooms on site.

Food was absolutely delicious, had to go back twice during our stay in toronto! Service was also amazing the girl working was super kind. If you're looking for a place with delicious, filling food for a decent price this is place!

Good halal burger place. Enjoyed the different kind of sandwiches. The prices are affordable and the quantities are more than enough. The service usually takes between 15 and 20 min. Highly recommended

The portion of the food is good. Customer service average. Tables are unbelievably dirty. And as far as I concerned, during my visit, they don’t bother to clean table or just smile like the logo on the wall. As far as I consider,Tim Hortons table is more clean than this place. Price is high. Cashier is confused and have no clue about food allergies and restriction (this is one of the main factors to distinguish good restaurant from the bad restaurant.) I never advised people to go or not to go, but in my end, I prefer not to go to this place again.

Food was amazing. My Burger was juicy as hell & so flavourful, cooked to perfection. My daughter ordered crispy chicken wrap , but ate half of my burger. She said her wrap was really good too. They put some seasoning on the on the fries that was fantastic. On top of everything the service was excellent. The girls who took the order explained everything very nicely and then brought the food to the table once it was done. The on issue I had was very tight sitting space. Other then that everything was superb.
