Best fries I've ever had every time. Great job Trista! I'll be back every Friday. They DO HAVE a debit machine, bug it needs an add tip option! 10/10

I was quite surprised to see a fry truck open this time of year and i decided to give em a try. Sadly it wasn't quite what I expected but not sure what I got was normal. The gravy normally taste burnt? I'm hoping I just got her on a off day yesterday and it's not always this way but we didn't finish it because of this.

I’ve passed this little food truck countless time before finally deciding to try it today. All I expected was simple food, well executed and at reasonable price. Unfortunately, neither were satisfied. Everybody knows there are three elements to a poutine: fries, sauce and cheese. In this case, they were all terrible. The fries were hard and tasted a bit burnt; clearly overcooked. The sauce tasted fine, but was only put on top instead of layered, meaning that after eating the few fries on top, there was no sauce left for the rest. The cheese was grated mozzarella, which as a Quebecer, made me cringe. We use cheese curds for a reason: texture and flavor. The mozzarella was so grated it had no taste nor mouthfeel. It could’ve not been there and it would’ve been the same. I ate half of my poutine and didn’t have the heart to finish the rest. The price of 8$ for a regular poutine is reasonable, if it had been executed properly. The hot dog wasn’t any better. The bread was dry and stale. The sausage was somehow grainy, and had an odd taste. Simple Schneider sausages you can find at any grocery stores will be much juicier and flavorful. A whole 7$ for this let down added insult to injury. The picnic tables in front of the food truck were cute, yet a bit dirty. Service was okay. I take no pleasure in giving this place such a bad review. I love small local shops, and I always root for them. The silver lining is, these are simple things to fix. I hope Ed can find a way to turn it around. I’ll be the first to change my review.

A bit pricey, $18 for their family size poutine but fries and shredded mozzarella don’t cost much so the profit margin is high imo. Fries weren’t the freshest, but overall the taste was still good. The gravy is what made it good. Would have loved cheese curds. Service was quick. Overall, not the “best in town” as advertised, but acceptable for a food truck poutine.

Not a very great experience. I just had a hotdog and it cost me around 7.5$ which i hope its quite expensive. But hotdog was not too bad. The thing i didn’t like was they keep all the sauces outside and it didn’t look that hygiene.
