Alright diner breakfast food at a MEH price...but expected better customer service. Kinda what makes diners special and unique. All the tables were also dirty/very sticky so our waitress had to clean it while we were sitting. Our table did not have salt, pepper, ketchup or syrup and had to share with other tables. Was better when I used to go 5 years ago. The entire place can hear your conversations with this seating arrangement if you are looking to talk privately.

I had a delicious breakfast here yesterday morning. I ordered the Gus Breakfast Special with rye toast and sausages, and everything was cooked perfectly. They were also kind enough to substitute the coffee for a tea, which I really appreciated. The restaurant has that classic, old-school family diner feel—cozy and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

Stopped into see how the food tasted, being that sign says open for 50 yrs. Prices are not crazy, lots to choose from on menu. I chose off the breakfast menu, friend ordered burger and fries. I got scrambled eggs ,home fries ,bacon. My order was ok, their burger was not what was expected. Thought was going to be homemade burger, it wasn't, didn't really get a lot of fries with order. Gravy was ok, but again thought be more homemade. I don't know but when stop into the mom and pop restaurants, I think should taste more homemade, The waitresses were terrific, always checking to make sure things were ok. Don't think will return. But totally stop in give it a try. Might just be me,
