Horrible service. We waited an hour for our order as people who came after us kept getting served. We followed up with the kitchen multiple times with no luck. The table was dirty with stains all over it. The floors were littered with garbage. When the food finally arrived, they served us a partial order with cold fries. The food was way overpriced for what it was, especially given the terrible service.

It’s rare to give a chain 5 stars but this honestly was spectacular. I eat out a lot and all over the world and even im shocked that a chain has squeezed its way up to one of the most flavourful, fresh, good size and incredible value chicken sandwiches in Ontario by a good margin. Super speedy. Hot. Crunchy. It was honestly perfect. I can’t fault it. Not greasy at all. I got 2 sliders and 1 tender and all in was $30. Incredible value. Will certainly return.

This is the FOURTH time I’ve ordered from Dave’s Hot Chicken and the extra sauce I PAID FOR was missing again. Four times is not an accident — it’s complete incompetence. To make it worse, my Diet Coke was missing, and the slush was packed so badly it spilled all over the bag and soaked my food. The food was literally ruined and had to be thrown in the garbage. How hard is it to check an order before sending it out? Missing items, careless packaging, and zero quality control every single time shows how little this place cares about customers. I’m done giving chances. Overpriced food with fast-food level service — actually worse. Never ordering again. @Dave’s Hot Chicken Corporate Your store needs immediate quality control. Repeated missing paid items, destroyed food due to careless packaging, and no consistency across orders. This is how customers are lost permanently.

The best chicken sandwich I have ever had. How do they make the meat so sweet and juicy? Cheese fries just because I could. Dave sauce is okay. Almost lost half a star for that. Then came the huge chicken tender. Tossed the slice of white wheat crap. This batter? Amazing. If only there were pickles... Oh wait. There's a tonne. I'm shocked by this place, and the cashier winked at me (in a good way). Would return any time.

An absolutely delicious, flavourful and juicy chicken slider. Fries were fluffy and crispy, well seasoned. I don’t even like pickles and I enjoyed these ones. At around $18 after tax and tip though, I was expecting the portion size to be a bit bigger as I finished the burger way too soon. But it was delicious nonetheless and would be a nice splurge treat. Also note that if you have any sort of spice tolerance, you’ll want to go higher up on the scale - medium barely left a tingle in my mouth, this would be considered a very mild imo. Still flavourful though, just not spicy at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful, space is big and clean and it is a wheelchair accessible establishment.
