What an amazing little spot! The food was delicious, and very generous potions. The owner was so friendly, and you could tell he really loved making and serving foos.. So happy we found this place, we will certainly be back if we are in this area of the province again.

Just happened upon Crafty Dan's when we noticed the little road side signs on the way back to the cottage we were staying at this week. Got a selection of dishes to.share & everything was excellent, hot & fresh. The meatball sliders and mushroom gnocchi were particularly good. Thank you Dan, we'll be sure to visit again next time we are up that way.

We had been watching Dan’s posts on Facebook forever and finally decided to head out to try it for ourselves. The food was absolutely worth the drive. The meatball sub and burger with mac and cheese were great but the real highlight was the ham and cheese gnocchi. It was rich and decadent and so so simple. Dan was wonderful and full of suggestions for us rookies. If you’re looking to try something new, take the drive. You won’t regret it.

Crafty Dan's catered our outdoor rehearsal dinner buffet and really came through for us! The entire event went off without a hitch. The food was excellent, well presented, and served at the right temperature. I had several guests come up to me and compliment the quality of the appetizers, dinner and dessert. The serving staff was also top notch - they were organized, professional, friendly, and thoughtful as they went around the crowd ensuring everyone had a chance to grab any gluten-free/dairy free options. Communicating with Dan was also such a pleasure - he brought a great energy to the entire experience and made me even more excited for the event than I already was. I highly recommend Crafty Dan's for anyone looking to hire a top-notch caterer for their event!

Dan’s food is so yummy, I often drive from Northbay to Callander for he’s made fresh daily food with many healthy options to choose from and the pastries are amazing and I can easily say that they’re better than Cobbs. I would actually drive further if I had to for Dan’s mouth watering food and desserts 👌
