Not only is the chicken disgusting, the restaurant is filthy. Wish I could gety money back. There were literally 3 plus staff members doing very little atleast they can clean. The chicken had yellowish and a light green tone to it. The chicken was flavorless and greasy. Added to our do not eat list!

This was one of my favourite places to order in the city. They struck a good balance of value to quality. Wasn't the BEST chicken but for the price it tasted like gold. They've since removed all their deals off of ubereats and similar platforms and increased their prices. I am, WAS, a regular customer. I can no longer afford to eat here for the value, or I just don't want to given the value you're offering. I can still get plenty of deals through Popeyes, both in person and through third parties -- and their food is just better quality hands down. So where do you guys get off raising your prices and nixing your deals??? Cheers, signed a former customer.

I have been a regular customer of Church’s Chicken (also known as Texas Chicken) for almost five years. Whenever I am on the road or decide to eat out, Church’s Chicken has always been my first choice. Most branches have consistently delivered good quality and taste, which is why I trust this brand. Unfortunately, my experience at this particular branch was extremely disappointing. I ordered the Mexicana Burger (to go), and when I opened the package and started eating while on the road, I immediately noticed that this was not the Mexicana Burger I am familiar with. The flavor was completely off and did not match the standard Texas Chicken taste at all. It lacked the signature seasoning and overall quality that customers expect from this item. What was even more concerning was that the chicken fillet was undercooked from the inside. The fillet was unusually thick, and the middle was not properly cooked, making it unacceptable and potentially unsafe to eat. Because of this, the burger was simply not edible. This is the first time in years that I have had such a poor experience with Church’s Chicken, and it is disappointing that it happened at this branch. As a loyal and long-time customer, I can confidently say that this does not reflect the brand standards of Texas Chicken. I would like to formally request Texas Chicken / Church’s Chicken management to inspect this branch. Please ensure that: • The original company recipe is being followed • Proper cooking procedures and quality control are in place • Staff training meets brand standards If this issue is not addressed, it could seriously damage the brand’s reputation and drive away loyal customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and corrective action is taken.

Second time coming and both experiences were bad. Employees cannot understand English, had to correct more than three times. They were very unorganized and gave the wrong sauces, didn’t give up cups with the combo, and when we told them dine in when ordering, they gave it in a bag. The tables are dirty and kitchen is visibly messy. The fries and tenders were like warm and soggy, not crispy. Tenders were small. When we ordered a large coleslaw, they said they only had regular and gave us two. Both were not filled completely. This happened on both events. Do not order here, go to the other location.

Got the $2 snack attack, comes with a piece of chicken and a biscuit. The chicken was massive and the biscuit was SO TASTY! It was fluffy and hint of honey makes it so delicious. I would go back literally just for the biscuit 🤤 Workers were also very friendly and service was quick!
