If I could give 0 stars I would! Fries are burnt and cheese curds so overdone that they are half empty and soaked in grease! Whoever the guy is cooking today should be fired!!! DISGUSTING!!! This has happened more than once but it will NOT happen again!!! I will be going to Mom's fries it is from now on!

Went there and someone took the order before me then left for a while. Had to get someone's attention to order. After ordered my poutine stayed in the counter for 10 minutes before we complained and said we ordered a while ago. He finally served us the colder poutine and then took my uncle's poutine off the wrongfully packed order and gave it to him. Cook did his job, everyone else absolutely not.

Order for the first time in years. Disappointed. Got my food it was cold I had to put it in the microwave! And I found what seems to be a toe nail clipping. And you can’t tell me it was mine ITS THE COLOUR OF THE GRAVY!!

(2024) Extremely sketchy location, don’t go here alone if you go at all. Gone down hill over the years. Even posted up this awful photo board. All stores experience thefts, but that doesn’t mean you should put up their pictures and make your store look sketchy. The staff doesn’t know customer service, just goes on their phones and doesn’t communicate. If the place looks like this, I can’t imagine the food safety is much better. Update summer 2025: The photo board has since been removed and there’s been a tiny bit of clean up. Instead of replacing menus they just scratched out the stuff no longer there with a blue pen. Staff was not friendly, miserable really, and did not help customers with the line up, saying nothing when others would try to cut the line. They removed card payment at the take out station too, so everyone needs to line up at the main cash. Still needs work but it’s cool they acknowledged how sketchy it was and did something.

Garbage service and garbage quality food… ordered a mixed poutine, a pulled pork sandwich and a combo platter but the platter looks like it was all fried together half over cooked half undercooked. The poutine only had curds no shredded cheese. And the pulled pork sandwich was literally on 1/4 toasted white bread, When we called to ask for a refund or a remake of the order we were laughed at over the phone and told our food was “good enough”
