Delicious burgers! The ultimate cheese steak sandwich was my favourite! All their meat is very fresh and tastes so good. Juicy! They even serve gluten free buns which are good. We tried 6 different things and each one was good! The restaurant is clean and prices are very reasonable!

Great food! Absolutely delicious and service was very helpful and friendly :) Its great to have a halal burger spot in Kingston! Would definitely recommend. It is a little chilly inside which can be bothersome especially since it’s Winter but not too bad!

Was reallllly looking forward to burger factory opening in Kingston but unfortunately the juicy Lucy was nothing like what I have had many times in the GTA. The patty was small and the cheese is supposed to be inside the patty, not outside. I’ve included a side by side picture to show what it’s supposed to be like. I hope that they can improve with time but for now, definitely not worth $15 for a burger.
