This restaurant has become one my family regularly frequents. My youngest son doesn't even like burgers and fries but he loves them here. And the owner is such a lovely soul as well. He always has a smile on his face and often brings us free food items just as a nice gesture. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.

My dad and I decided to give Burger Factory a shot around 3 PM today and we're definitely regretting it now. We waited about 20~ minutes or more for a Classic Burger and a Cheese Burger with a Funnel Cake to take home with us, which cost about $36 in total. There was only 1 girl taking care of the cooking, taking orders, and prep work, while the other was in the back most of the time. She was polite and apologetic with how long it took, but we said it was no problem and headed out. When we got home to eat, we discovered both burgers were extremely thin, maybe half a centimeter or so, and so dry you had to take a drink between bites. Both were completely charred to the point where we couldn't even taste the meat. Meanwhile the buns were huge with a greasy wet texture to them. Definitely not what I was expecting with the pictures I saw in previous reviews, and what is advertised on their in-store menu. The funnel cake itself was hard as a rock to the point where it almost chipped a tooth, and you could barely taste anything. They basically overcooked the burgers and then over fried the funnel cake completely and thought it was okay enough to serve. Now our guts are killing us for even trying it out and we're in and out of the washroom with the runs. I don't know what went wrong between my first time here today and others with their higher reviews, but I definitely won't be going back there and don't recommend others to either, for the sake of not ruining you entire day having to deal with the consequences for trying it.

Very disappointed in my first experience with burger factory. Went in person with my girlfriend to try it out, and ordered a juicy Lucy. I received a plain cheeseburger. Was charged $18 for a juicy Lucy just to be clear. Make sure you always check your orders before leaving as they don't seem to actually pay attention. I'll include a picture for reference. Ate half to see if there was any cheese at all inside. There was not any at all. Would not recommend this restaurant. Overpriced for underwhelming food.

Excellent and prompt service, this staff is quick to clean up ensuring a clean restaurant. There is a lack of child size burgers making it an expensive option for family’s with small children. Food tasted great and is made to order, the bun did seem to take over the burger though, so make sure to get a double stack to even out the burger to bun ratio.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Burger Factory, Courtice! The burgers are absolutely delicious – juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The variety on the menu is fantastic, with something for everyone, whether you love classic cheeseburgers or creative gourmet options. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the milkshakes were a perfect treat to top it all off. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was clean and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in their food and service. I can’t wait to come back for another meal. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best burgers in town!
