The website clearly indicated 10% off if you order online, but the staff proceeded to tell me they didn't have a website (they do) and that the 10% off is only applicable to delivery (it doesn't). If you're going to advertise something, you better follow through. And if you're not going to, don't just lie and gaslight your customers.

Burger Burger hands down has my favourite burgers in London, actually my favourite burgers I’ve ever boughten anywhere. The meat is always juicy, tastes fresh and they certainly don’t skimp on the portion size. The Fancy sauce is also the tastiest burger sauce out of the competition and there are a LOT of house burger sauces out there- nothing beats burger burger

This place has good burgers, unfortunately everytime i order from them it looks like the cook karate chop slapped my burger. They also just dont add toppings one piece of onion scraps of lettuce. Just be better, thanks.

The burgers were made to order along with freshly fried onion rings and poutine. Decent price for the portion size. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately the place was hot like an oven and it wasn't even a crazy hot day.

Awesome local burger joint on Richmond Row with great customer service. The burgers are made to order and the toppings are all awesome. The fancy sauce is to die for! The only part about this place that I'm not a huge fan of is the amount of seating - it could definitely be improved, but this is better in the summer. Overall, definitely worth a shot if you're in the area and looking for a burger!! If you enjoy Five Guys you would enjoy this and these guys are open late when you need them the most.
