Dinner at the Bulldog Pub was so good, we went back on the second night of our stay! It is a bit noisy, yes, but the food and service are well worth it. First night, I had the meat loaf, which I LOVED. Second night, my companion had the Steak Sandwich and I had the Steak & Mushroom Pie — both were EXCELLENT. I can’t wait for my next visit!

My family and I have been coming to Bulldog Pub regularly for the past three months, and we’ve consistently had great experiences. This week, we had the pleasure of being served by a newer team member (I unfortunately didn’t catch her name), and she truly stood out. She has black hair, was wearing a black long sleeve shirt, and we also saw her today working in the kitchen. From what we were told, she’s new — but you would never know it. She carried herself with confidence, professionalism, and composure well beyond her experience.What impressed us most was how she handled herself under pressure. She clearly has tough skin and stayed calm, respectful, and focused the entire time. As one of the younger staff members, she held herself to such a high standard. She is a wonderful role model for young girls who want to become servers or work in hospitality. I was especially glad my daughter was there to see her — watching someone so young work that hard, stay composed, and represent herself so well was inspiring. Our whole family was extremely impressed. She has incredible potential and deserves recognition. If you get her, make sure to ask her name — she absolutely deserves the credit.

You gotta eat here! Today prompted me to add photos. Chicken pot pie for the win. Portly Pipers best edition to their franchise. Wings are delicious too. Eats here! I promise you won’t regret it.

We were here for any early Christmas party and the food was very good. It tastes almost the same as Portly Piper but better. Service was slow as 1 person was taking care of 36 people. This party was booked ahead so they should have prepared better.
