I had an amazing experience thanks to Kanwar. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. Kanwar made sure everything was perfect, checked on us at the right times, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to see someone put so much effort into making customers comfortable. Highly recommend asking for Kanwar if you want top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited Boston Pizza today and had a great experience. My server, Kanwar, was extremely polite, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. He made sure everything was perfect—checked in at the right time, served the food quickly, and was very professional. The food tasted fresh and delicious, and Kanwar’s service definitely made the experience even better. Really appreciate his positive attitude and great customer service.

Dined at this Boston Pizza while we were travelling in and around Timmins. It’s a wonderful atmosphere with sports bar and regular dining facility. The waiter was extremely warm welcoming and made sure we are enjoying the dinner time. He also recommended few of their must-trys. Indeed, all of them were really nice and of quality taste.

Food was great! Our waiter needs training or customer service experience. He never checked up on us until we we had a couple bits left. I was thirsty, and we never saw him once. We had to flag down another young lady for help. We waited 15-20 minutes after we were done eating for our waiter to come see if we wanted anything else or our bill. He stepped away when we were paying, no where to be seen so I left with the debit machine still on the table. He only got $2.00 for a tip “which he did not even deserve that $2.00” Please train this young man or let him go! I do not think this job is for him. June 26/2025

K. Don't change your portion sizes, they are perfect 👌 😍 Everything about today's experience was top tier. Victoria was absolutely wonderful. Poor girl was injured with a boot cast on and didn't skip a beat! She was fantastic! Food was top notch, quality, serving size and the draft beer wasn't flat! Haven't been to BP since we lived in London Ontario 2 years ago, and this experience did not disappoint. We swore off BP due to the high prices and small portions, in London...... We are impressed and definitely will be back!!!! Thank you so much ❤️
