I think this place is awesome 😎 cass meg (aka nog) where absolutely amazing. The reason I gave only 4 stars instead of five was because of the pizza. I asked if I could get extra cheese but was told they wouldn’t because they thought it wouldn’t cook all the way through. But in my opinion a slight more cheese wouldn’t have been detrimental to the cooking process it was still a very good pizza but give the customer what they want even if you have to cook it slightly longer. Anyway service was amazing atmosphere was even better I can’t wait to come back again and visit all my new friends.

Friends, Bernie's is a vibe not to be missed. Been there a few times and it never disappoints. The interior decor and architecture makes me feel like I should be expecting Mexican, but that's not what you'll experience. Pizza that's so airy and fresh, it'll leave a memory on your tongue for days. Great servers who clearly take pride in their guests satisfaction. And again, a vibe that just cannot be missed. Bernie's is a great spot for a night out with friends, a date night or really any reason you want to run with that gives you an opportunity to check it out.

Dropped into Bernie’s after a tip from someone who works at Tim Horton’s Field for a quick bite and beers before the Forge FC game. Great local spot with a genuine feel. Food took awhile to arrive. The pizza was excellent, but my meatball sandwich was just ok.

The atmosphere was excellent, pur Waitress was great but kitchen was pretty slow. We waited quite a while to eat. Son was disappointed in the burger. My eggs benny were way to well done. Should be poached, one was almost completely cooked through. So very disappointing. Not enough hollandaise sauce (we had to order extra). Daughter enjoyed her tostada and hubby love The Cure. "I'd order it again.." he said. Mimosas were a bit small... and home fries and fries were also over cooked. We would give it another try but not before trying other places in Hamilton.

We stopped for lunch at Bernie's Tavern during our business trip to Hamilton. The place was bustling, which we took as a great sign—and we were right! The club sandwich and fish & chips were absolutely perfect—big portions and full of flavor. Highly recommended!
