I can’t say much about the atmosphere because I’ve only gone through the drive through but it is always a positive experience. Staff are friendly, fast, efficient and accurate with my order. I enjoy the vast selection on the menu and I can always find something to hit the spot.

Arby's is by far the best fast food restaurant in Thunder Bay. They CONSISTENTLY prove that the food is good, service is wonderful, and I ALWAYS get what I ordered and how I ordered it. The other big chain fast food restaurant's will mess up your order or forget something, I can almost guarantee it. I don't even have to look in the bag to make sure everything is there. They have never let me down. The Manager, Joe, is excellent and clearly takes pride, as his employees are always so pleasent and competent in their work. I'll be returning again, that's for sure! Now WE have the meats 😆

A friend recommended this place, the meat looks piled on, but it feels like fake beef—no texture at all, super high-tech vibe.

New:Came here early in the morning and everything was made fresh. There are better times to show up. Dining room was empty clean and our food did not even take long. Can say this experience was better than the last. Old:$14 for 3 tenders meal that seemed like they were sitting around for awhile definitely not worth the price🙁the cashier was friendly and got my stuff to me quick though fast food for you😅

The workers went above and beyond!!! Helping out and older gentleman. Very impressed. Definitely a great place. Food was good and not badly priced $ 58.00 for 4 of us for lunch.
