I’ve ordered from Ali Baba Cafe many times and it never disappoints. The chicken marsala is one of my absolute favourites there — it’s SO good. The flavour is incredible and it’s always cooked perfectly. The food is always fresh and hot whether you pick it up or have it delivered, which is something I really appreciate. If you haven’t tried Ali Baba yet, you definitely need to check it out!

The decore is totally absent and the place appears to be run by very limited staff since after waiting a substantial amount of time we had to let the kitchen know we were even there. But the food was delicious. Small menu but good choices. Our table had the Shawarma, both the chicken & lamb & a shrimp curry dish.Each came with a side Greek salad. The meals were a bit on the smaller size ,I would recommend having an appetizer to start. And beware parking is a bit challenging as it's on the corner of a very busyvl awkward street .

Simply one of the best restaurant experiences my wife and I have had together. Totally alone in the place. The owner was very attentive but left us lots of time to be alone with each other. The food was extraordinary. Everything was prepared fresh and positively bursting with flavours. It is immensely clear that the owner puts his heart and soul into his food. After our meal we spent about a half hour just chatting with him. Took a peek through the kitchen door to see where the magic happens. We haven't stopped talking about it all night. If I were forced to be critical, the decor is very plain and I didn't really care for the episode of Storage Wars on the tv behind the counter, but honestly those things added to the charm. It's less like "fine dining, and more like having a michelin star meal in your uncle's house. Do not let the plastic table cloths fool you: Ali Baba Cafe puts 20 years of passion into every dish.

Sone of the best food in town! We went with a large group of people and had the best meal. The food kept coming out and it was fantastic. The service was excellent and the owner is very personable. My only comment would be that its very dated inside. You would never know that they serve such delicious food in this place by looking at it.

Service was amazing with the host and owner checking in frequently which was very much appreciated. Food was good, however didn’t find the spicy chicken curry to be spicy but the flavour was there. Partner found the shrimp curry to be good. Bruschetta was delicious! Atmosphere was very homey. Would try again.
